Forget the pills and potions. Forget surgery. Forget the penis pumps. Some things certainly do not give you a permanently bigger cock. But some things can!

Do not use any creams, oils or ointments which claim to increase your cock size, they are a con at least. • Penis Pumps actually do work. But their results are generally considered to be temporary and more effective for immediate gains in length, girth and weighty feel. They are great if your want more to play with quickly, for a great greedy jerking session or to impress a partner with a bigger dick to fuck. Some report permanent gains through using a pump, but these gains are usually minor and after years of continued use.

• Stretchers are far more effective for genuine and permanent penis enlargement. Using a tried and tested – and medically approved – method, these gently pull the penis and stretch it over a long period of time. This traction method is used in numerous traditional surgeries to grow extra skin for grafting, and it has been used throughout history by numerous tribes to modify various parts of the body.

Penis enlargement is certainly not beyond possibility, but it is wise to be practical and really think about how the method you are considering might work. But you should always also consider why you need or want to do it. It is much better to do something like this for yourself rather than for another person.
